One-day cross-border fair on Nature, Folklore, and Culinary was held in the Municipality of Has on the International Day of Tourism, within the project "Green Cross - towards local green economies with smart investments" - a project funded by the European Union and supported by the Municipality of Has, Municipality Klina and being implemented by Balkan Green Foundation in Kosovo and Eden Center in Albania.
In this Fair, high-level leaders of local institutions of the two twinned municipalities through this project gathered numerous participants from the Has area and representatives from the Municipality of Klina, and participants in the fair from Klina exhibiting their products.
The fair was followed by a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere created by a rich cultural program organized by the Environmental Center "Eden" and the Municipality of Has.
In this fair, the participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, ideas, products and create opportunities for cooperation and strengthening the cultural and tourist values of the area of Has and Klina.
Furthermore, the participant’s farmers, beekeepers, and artisans exhibited their products and talked about the potential creation of concrete economic collaborations for the future, thus influencing sustainable growth, an important component of this project itself.
